Somersworth Hyundai would like to first say that there is nothing more important than the health and well being of our customers and employees. We are monitoring the ongoing situation, as we are sure you are also. We have implemented the following additional measures at our dealership to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all.
We have enlisted additional cleaning services while the dealership is closed. We will be vigorously cleaning all common used surfaces such as door handles, chairs, tables, phones, etc. In addition, if any of our staff is remotely ill, they are required to stay home from work.
Somersworth Hyundai can enlist your help in the following areas:
- Washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Avoid contact with people who are ill
- Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow, never directly into your hands without immediately washing after
We value each and every one of our customers and want to continue to provide excellent service. As concerns continue to increase, we want to insure all our customers that we are adapting to these changes and can still help! If you are concerned about coming into the dealership, here are some options that we have:
- 100% online buying process- You can purchase a new or pre-owned vehicles and have it delivered to you, all online!
- Research online- While some things are best experienced in person, many questions can be answered before coming into the dealership. Our internet response team is ready and capable of giving you accurate information.
- Video walk-arounds- Interested in a specific vehicle but hesitant to come in? Request a customized video walk around! We will point out the GOOD and the BAD!
- Test drives brought to YOU- Want to drive a vehicle without going out? We will bring the vehicle to you to test drive (local)
- Free service loaners- Use one of our vehicles while your vehicle is in our service department
- Free (local) vehicle pick up- No need to cancel your service appointment, we will pick up and deliver your vehicle where you would like us to
- Same day appointments- As always, our service team is prepared for same day appointments and will get you and your vehicle in and out efficiently!
